libcgmanager0 software package provides Central cgroup manager daemon (client library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgmanager0
libcgmanager0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgmanager0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgmanager0 *
You will get with libcgmanager0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
